The new album "Murder On 42nd Street" features 12 brand new songs and one song that has already been released as a teaser single, albeit with a different mix.
It was recorded and self-produced by the band over a period of 2 years and mixed with a little help from their friend Arne Neurand, producer, engineer and co-owner of the reknown Horus Sound Studio in Hannover, Germany.
The songs are straight forward 80s hard rock songs with a pop appeal and a metal edge. They praise an era of the late 80s when the hair was big, the vocals high and the guitarwork virtuoso.

I told myself I'd review when I could pick a favourite song. I still can't really pick one -- it'd be easier to list the ones I like the least, but even they've grown on me to a point where I want to listen to them frequently ("Funky Bonez", I'm lookin' you!). At a push it's probs "I Need Lovin'" that beats the rest -- there's just something special about it. There's something special about the whole album, really. I love the different influences in it. With their five songs plus intro the four hard rockers from Down Under don't at all quench my thirst for more 80s hard rock in the modern guise in which Digby, Ben, Pete and Nick pack it on "Trouble in Paradise". I like the dynamics in the songs, the vocals, the killer riffs and the drums to match.
